After qualifying as a professional restaurateur, Jimmy Prins has built up a successful career in the catering and event business. His experience includes key posts at EXPO 02 and the European Football Cup in Switzerland, and EXPO 08 in Saragossa. In November 2008 he was appointed CEO of Alpine Catering AG, moving in 2011 to co-ownership of alpinecatering GmbH.

Claude Jarczyk enjoyed a classic chef apprenticeship in top hotels in Switzerland and abroad. In July 2008 she was awarded her diploma as a gastronomic chef. In May 2009 she started as head chef for the Alpine Catering AG, moving in July 2011 to co-ownership of Alpinecatering GmbH.
